Fantastic
My stay at TRYP was wonderful. The staff were all so kind and made sure my stay was comfortable and also recommended great places to dine. The room was spacious and the facilities were all excellent. I have recommended many of my friends to also stay here when they visit next. I will be staying with them again soon.

Great

Great 2bdrm apartment for a work conference. Was a bit smaller than anticipated, but had everything we needed. Staff were trying to be helpful, but a muck up with room availability could have been better handled. Like it here though, convenient and pretty modern, will stay again.

Nice middle-tier hotel. It does the job for a night’s stay. The rooms are clean and tidy but are showing signs of wear and tear. For the price and convenient location, I would stay here again.

Good

Stayed with family · For friends and family

Stay here each time we in stay in Wellington as is cosy, clean, has complimentary coffee etc, and close to bars, restaurants, theatres and waterfront. Unfortunately this stay was must disappointing to date. While still clean and comfortable, I was disappointed to see messaging hotel guests not take our cups and plates (coffee/tea,snacks) back to our room, when this was previously allowed. Also no complimentary Sante Bar or water in our room. These little personal touches is what make the Tryp so appealing. Will likely look around other options next time..😔
