Great hotel to stay at near the bus and metro (2 stations Gongdeok and Mapo). It is also near the AREX and the Airport limousine bus stop so it is very convenient. Water and coffee are free at the reception area, laundry is also available with extra charge (5000 won each for wash and dry). It is also near several convenience stores and pharmacies so location is really excellent. Room is clean and staff are helpful. Check-in and check-out are also seamless. Overall we had a great stay. The only thing I would like to comment on is the garbage bin, it’s really tiny so if you have a lot of trash it can pile up easily since cleaning is not encouraged everyday, though there’s also one in the bathroom. Bring extra plastic or paper bags!

The location of the hotel is great especially for travelers. If you are taking the airport limousine bus from Incheon into the airport, it is the first stop in the city for specific buses. It’s only two minutes walk from the limousine bus stop to the hotel. The hotel also located near a Seoul metro station and can get to popular area such as Hongdae quite easily. The hotel was clean but don’t expect the staff to be very friendly.

I loved my stay at Roynet. All of the hotel staff are very helpful and I felt safe as a solo traveller. The room is also very nice and clean. The toilet is modern/japanese style. Will definitely recommend! The airport bus is just a few steps away.

Good location for Seoul. Situated near Han River with nearby airport bus and 2 subways. Plenty of food and coffee shops nearby. Hotel itself is new and comfy. A bit noisy guests in the other room but over-all its a very good stay. Will definetly my hotel of choice everytime i visit Seoul.

Location was accessible from airport, with direct airport bus to bus stop near hotel. bus stop was only 5 mins walk from the bus stop from airport, and easily accessible to other parts of Seoul as there was also metro nearby. Surrounding has many food options and convenience store. Room was good and clean.

Hotel is at the 3rd floor upwards. And there’s is a cafe at level 1. And there’s also a Olive Young just right across the street. Very convenient location. In between 2 metro station!
