I’ve been on many tours in Japan and in other countries, but Joe and the driver are on another level when it comes to taking care of their guests. Joe is incredibly kind, very informative, and always made sure we were satisfied — from the tour experience to the food. He really goes the extra mile to ensure everyone is comfortable and happy. The lunch was super delicious too! Truly a 10-star experience. Highly recommended!
