It was our first time in Busan and we covered many attractions all in a day! Sua, our guide, was really energetic and led us throughout the day despite the sudden rain in the morning. Thank you for sharing a meal with us as well as sharing a wonderful day as our guide in Busan

My cousins and I had a great time using Klook to explore Busan. We had one complication because we booked late but the Klook team went out of their way to provide different options for our tour. Our tour guide Leo he was informative, warm and friendly!! I got car sick and needed some medicine, Leo was so supportive and offered to take me to a local pharmacy to buy medication. I really do recommend him and this tour!!

The tour was very well organized, allowing us to make the most of our time by visiting sites that are quite far from each other. A nice extra included in the program was the Daritsol Observatory, located right next to the seafood restaurant – perfect for those who finished lunch early. Excellent value for money for a one-day excursion. At the end of the day, we even received small gifts: a set of postcards and a face mask for each participant! We joined the English tour, but my mother was also able to follow along in Mandarin Chinese, which was a nice bonus.

Steven was very informational and knew a lot of history. Was funny and energetic, he could name every Netflix Korean show/movie scene for each of the sites. Didn’t feel rushed, my family enjoyed it a lot. My mom and I did a Busan tour before but this one was better, more variety of sites and the small van/tour size was much nicer plus hotel pick up and drop off. Thank you for the tour!

The driver was awesome! He was very accommodating, friendly, helpful, and professional. He arrived on time to take us to Gwangalli. The yacht tour with the fireworks and drone show was very nice. It was worth travelling from Seoul to Busan because of this show. The kids enjoyed it and the yacht was very organised and clean. Highly recommend!

I engaged a Busan taxi driver through Koreaday. The driver’s name is Mr. Lee, and he understands some English and was able to follow my schedule/itinerary. The arrangement was for about 10 hours, covering 5 attractions, which was sufficient for my family.Do note that parking fees and toll charges are not included in the package so you’ll need to pay those separately at the end. Also, if you exceed the agreed hours, there will be additional charges.Overall, I have no complaints. Mr. Lee was patient and accommodating when I needed an extra half hour at one attraction he waited without issue. Since, he couldn’t read my English messages, I texted Koreaday directly, and they relayed the information to him smoothly.

Our Busan Charm day tour exceeded all expectations, largely thanks to our fantastic guide, Yaya. His knowledge, enthusiasm, and genuine care for his guests made the entire experience unforgettable. The itinerary was perfectly balanced, offering a diverse range of experiences that showcased Busan's beauty and culture. We began at Yonggungsa Temple, perched dramatically on the cliffs overlooking the sea, was equally impressive. The temple's unique location and intricate details left us speechless. Yaya's explanations of the temple's significance and the various rituals performed there were both informative and fascinating. Next, the breathtaking views from Cheongsapo Daritdol Observatory took our breath away. Yaya guided us to the best photo spots, ensuring we captured the stunning coastal panorama. The visit to the memorial cemetery provided a poignant and reflective moment, allowing us to connect with Korea's history and pay our respects. Gamcheon Culture Village was vibrant

Mr Kim was an absolutely wonderful guide. He was chatty and engaging and explained so much of Busan’s history. The itinerary was great- we started on the eastern end of Busan and ended up on the western end. Definitely worth the money!
