So convenient, right next to the Keisei and JR lines. There are elevators, so no worries about dragging large luggage. 🙂 You can leave your luggage at the hotel after checkout and pick it up on your way to the airport. We booked the sky view room, which is the largest room, and even with 2 large and 2 small suitcases open, there was still plenty of room to move around for the two of us.

The lighting is a bit dim, but the location is convenient for transportation, quiet, and the hotel doesn't have any strange smells. There's a laundry room, and overall it's very comfortable and enjoyable! Cleanliness: 80 Hotel Location: 80

For solo travelers in Tokyo, I highly recommend this hotel for its service and location. In addition to luggage storage before check-in or after check-out, it's conveniently located less than 5 minutes' walk from Nippori Station, making public transportation extremely accessible. With a convenience store, ramen shop, BBQ restaurant, and drugstore all downstairs, this is a prime choice for budget-conscious travelers seeking accommodation in Tokyo.

Located about a 3-minute walk from Nippori Station, the location is great. The hotel facilities and services are also excellent, especially the large public bath where you can take a hot bath every night – it's really refreshing. On the last day, I purchased breakfast at the front desk. Many of the items were local specialties, so try them if you're interested.

The location is great. If you're taking the Skyliner, I recommend transferring from Nippori to Nishi-Nippori via JR, otherwise it's difficult to walk with luggage when crossing the railway. The route from the side exit of Nishi-Nippori to the hotel is easy to navigate with luggage and very close. The hotel offers popsicles in the afternoon, and American coffee is available all day. You can even make your own latte like I did. There's an AEON supermarket nearby, just a 2-minute walk away. It's easy to find places to eat around here, and for breakfast, you can buy sandwiches at Popo – delicious and inexpensive. Regarding the noise from passing trains, it's only silent between 00:00-05:00, but since I was tired from playing all day, I was able to sleep well. The hotel also provides earplugs.

I really liked it. Super well-located, just a few meters from the station, clean, spacious compared to the average, and the staff was very friendly. I would definitely stay here again.
