we had a great stay here. the room is ok. the breakfast is great with lots of varieties. it is better to stay the night cause less people are there.

One of pur highlight stay in Da Nang! Big and comfy beds and delicious breakfast! Celebrated our anniversary here and they gave us free cake and roses. Even if it has early check-out time, they will keep your luggages if you want to stroll around Bana Hills and has VIP access to the cable car if you go back to DaNang. Would definietly come back again!

Staying in Bana Hills is such a unique experience — it feels like being transported to a charming French village above the clouds. We truly enjoyed exploring this amazing place. The hotel facilities are great, and the breakfast selection is very good with plenty of choices. We also appreciated the VIP treatment and warm hospitality from the staff. There were just some hotel guests who were very noisy during the late-night hours, which slightly affected the peaceful atmosphere. Overall, a wonderful and memorable stay — highly recommended for anyone visiting Bana Hills!

Cleanliness could improve. When we got to our hotel room, there were pieces of rice in the sink which means it wasn't cleaned well. Other than that, great service, staff, and breakfast.

breakfast: Breakfast is good service: all of the staffs we encountered were all very nice, helpful and all smiles. We had a lovely stay and definitely worth all the money. We stroll around the French Village during the night and had the golden bridge as early as 6am.

Best decision to stay at Mercure hotel. Thought it’s a bit pricey but so worth it. Exclusive access to Golden Bridge from 6am to 8am, and you get to enjoy the whole Ba Na Hills crowd free before and after opening hours. We were luckily placed at Hotel de Paris which is just right next to the park/cable car entrance and near the buffet restaurant. We got a nice view of the french village unlike other buildings that are located at the far end of the village. Buffet breakfast has a lot of options but not overwhelming. There are a lot of restaurants too and beer is served all day (mostly free or included in your meal). Its also nice that the pool is heated as weather gets chilly at night, but needs improvement on aesthetics and cleanliness — we find it dark and chaotic, but nonetheless, we enjoyed our stay but one day is not enough tho, we will definitely be back!
