Ranjit - our driver / guide displayed high levels of hospitality. He showed us the Kek Lok Si Temple and Penang hill. He was very knowledgeable about the places and it’s history. It was an extraordinary experience with straightforward communication with the tour guide for pickup. The areas visited (Penang Hill with the funicular railway and the Kek Lok Si Temple) were impressive. Especially around the time of the New Year festival, the temple was decorated with many lanterns. There is so much to discover and see, you could spend a whole day there. It was simply great! On the way back, you can also be dropped off at a Hawker center for lunch instead of returning to the hotel hungry.

Enjoyed the senior-friendly tour that give us a very quick history about Penang. G-Shen explained thought the tour and made some slight adjustment to the itinerary, he is thougful like provide have a small stool to allow seniors to step into the vehicle easily.

Our guide Mr Gooi was friendly & attentive. He shared about local history & brought us to some interesting places like the fishing village, balik pulau, the durian plantation for a durian feast and a car ride through the local scenery. Ideal for those wanting to slow down to enjoy a relaxing pace. Klook tours are reliable & value for money.

Tour guide Ricky Ooi had been in close contact with me before I set off. The original itinerary specified a meeting at Long Cheng Hotel. He flexibly arranged to pick us up at our hotel in George Town, which made us feel at ease 👍🏻 and arrived at the hotel in advance. He introduced us to the precautions and items of the relevant itinerary, so that we arrived at Penang Hill as soon as possible and took the first cable car 🚡 and guided us to the best position in the car to enjoy the scenery along the way 👍🏻 Advance reminder of various attractions, the wonderful places made us dazzled 👍🏻 The most exciting thing was that under his guidance, I enjoyed a perfect sunrise for the first time in history 🌅 The red sun suddenly rose on the horizon, which was shocking 🤩 Because it had just rained the day before, the sky was extremely bright, showing golden clouds, even the people on the day shouted that they had never seen it before, and finally saw a rainbow 🌈 It is really a rare opportunity 🧚🏻‍♀️ The most fortunate thing is that we were able to bump into Vicky, who has more than 30 years of tour guide experience. His professionalism is impeccable. The angle of the story of each attraction is very good. He also took care of our needs and took us to the Siam Sisters Curry Noodle Shop, which has won Michelin for two consecutive years, for breakfast and tasted the taste of food 👍🏻 RICKY is very experienced in leading private tours. He knows that customers have their own preferences, so he arranged flexible time and introduced the characteristics of the market in detail first, gave us time to move freely, and also treated us to the local specialty fried bananas 🍌👍🏻 When we were finally sent back to the hotel, it was still before 3:00 pm. A colorful bustle at the pier during check-in 😀, looks chaotic, but everything was well organized. Very interesting tour through mangroves, you see many animals (eagles, monkeys, and exotic fish), you should participate.

It was a great Tour I had in Malaysia. The Batu Caves was so amazing and challenging but it had a good historical background which interested me. The most I like was there in Genting Highlands which I did a lot much of fun. Thank you so much to our Tour Guide and I will really recommend this tour. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
