Ranjit - our driver / guide displayed high levels of hospitality. He showed us the Kek Lok Si Temple and Penang hill. He was very knowledgeable about the places and it’s history. There should be a 10 option for rating because that is how great this tour is! The tour guide, CC, is very knowledgeable of Penang history, and he also shared more context on the different temples and Chinese associations in Penang. The tour itself allowed us to see the different cultures that have existed in Penang and how they live in harmony. The tour has given us a different perspective of Penang and how important it is to the trade routes back then and until today.

Mr. Ong is a very good tourist guide. He is well versed of the area and explains the history well. He also knows good places to thrive, dine and even walk for a tourist like us. Highly recommended guide.

Had a wonderful morning tour with Jenny. Jenny was very engaging, shared a lot about local history and life in Penang. A very unique tour and different experience that I would recommend if you are in Penang. Balik Pulau is a beautiful countryside, the itinerary was well planned, with breakfast and lunch at local spots (also stopped by for chendol better than those in town), nutmeg factory, belachan factory and rice field. Was comfortable throughout in the car and enjoyed the insights and conversations with Jenny!

It was an extraordinary experience with straightforward communication with the tour guide for pickup. The areas visited (Penang Hill with the funicular railway and the Kek Lok Si Temple) were impressive. Especially around the time of the New Year festival, the temple was decorated with many lanterns. There is so much to discover and see, you could spend a whole day there. It was simply great! On the way back, you can also be dropped off at a Hawker center for lunch instead of returning to the hotel hungry.

great adventure to tour round some key attractions in penang..one day would be enough but can always come back another day

our guide mr G is the best guide ever! taught us everything we need and very humorous! together with our driver uncle raman, the best!

Enjoyed the senior-friendly tour that give us a very quick history about Penang. G-Shen explained thought the tour and made some slight adjustment to the itinerary, he is thougful like provide have a small stool to allow seniors to step into the vehicle easily.
