This felt like the best choice for the entire trip. The included admission ticket was worth it, especially for the sunset in the town center.
Breakfast: Breakfast was included, and it was safe and reassuring to eat.

The location is excellent; you'll have no trouble with shopping or dining. The cable car station is also within walking distance. If you book an ocean-view room, you can watch Symphony of the Sea from your room. Kiss of the Sea will be viewed from the side, so it's not as clear. You can see the fireworks, though. It didn't bother me, but there's a bar next door that plays music until late at night, so if you're sensitive to noise, you might want to consider another option.
