Interesting tour for those interested in history. There are steps/stairs involved, therefore wear layers (light clothing) and comfortable shoes. No English spoken on the standard tour, but you can search information beforehand or read the plaques.

We left the city early, and when we arrived at the scenic area, there were very few people, so the photos we took were beautiful without any passersby. The guide helped us with our luggage and explained things at a good pace. They were always patient when we asked questions about things we didn't understand. We were informed in advance about the stone carving restoration area, so we didn't waste time going that way. This itinerary was very thoughtful!

The tour guide deserves a big compliment! Not only did he explain the history well, but he also taught us about cultural relic protection, reminding everyone not to touch the carvings or speak loudly. The cliff carvings on Baoding Mountain were magnificent, and the Thousand-Hand Guanyin was especially breathtaking. The round-trip transportation was smooth, and the lunch included local specialties—even my travel companions praised me for choosing this tour.

Itinerary: The guide managed the time well, allowing us to visit popular attractions and lesser-known photo spots. We saw the Thousand-Armed Guanyin and didn't miss the beautiful carvings of Beishan. I highly recommend it, as there were no hidden costs throughout the entire trip!

I spent a day visiting Dazu Rock Carvings with my kid, and it was really great! The Thousand-Hand Guanyin at Baoding Mountain was especially breathtaking. The tour guide told such interesting stories that it didn't feel boring at all. My feet were a bit sore after walking around all day, but we had a wonderful time—it was totally worth it!

The Dazu Rock Carvings were amazing! The Buddhist statues carved into the stone are hundreds of years old, yet they are still majestic and incredibly detailed. Especially the Buddha's smile under the full moon; gazing at it is incredibly calming. This place is hidden in the mountains, and the atmosphere is completely different from Japanese Buddhist art. It felt weighty, and I was completely absorbed by it. If I had more time, I would have loved to have taken my time and see more of the fine details.
