Jessica was a fantastic guide from Bus Travel Iceland-friendly, knowledgeable, and engaging throughout the trip. We were lucky to have sunny weather, which made the views along the road even more stunning. The tour was well organized, everyone stayed on schedule, and the experience was smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommended when visiting Iceland!

I love this tour!! thank you very much for my accommodating my request to rebook/move my tour date because of the snowstorm 😊 so grateful the weather improved and we had clear skies all day.

This Northern Lights experience was a wonderful surprise because we saw the Northern Lights in two different locations. Thanks to our guide for the interesting explanation of the aurora and the delicious hot chocolate. Highly recommended!

The guide was great, constantly providing information and helping with photos. For the itinerary, we first picked up crampons and an ice axe, then walked a long distance. Once we arrived, we changed into our shoes and started climbing the glacier. It was very beautiful and not too far.

I think this tour you need to be brave to approach the guide on how to tie your crampon and request to wear your safety belt. if you shy or not ask anything, you will feel left out. not sure this tour worth or not. we meet the storm so skip one station, but overall I am satisfy because I make time to take photo for my glacier tour around 1 hour plus, you will go into a small ice cave. I feel a bit sad because stuck in snow storm for 3hour. the guide make effort to drive back to city, he himself take care 15 people's in small van. and lead us do hiking on glacier. pick up and drop at my nearby hotel. I'm a bit skinny, every time need catch up with other because the wind almost blow me away. gear provided:ok

Bjarni, our Northern Lights leader, was fabulous. He is knowledgeable and goes all out to fulfil our dream. We stopped on many occasions along the way and finally caught a strong one after 2-3 hours. However, the lights are bare to the eyes but look amazing on camera. This is the type of tour you would want to sign up for, instead of the large tours that drop you at one location and make you wait. We signed up for a small group tour, which we did not regret, and it was efficient. Pick-up was a little messy, but definitely not the company’s fault. All the different vehicles will come to this same stop and start calling out names, so you will have to be attentive around a group of 50ish humans (for my particular night).

Peter was our driver/guide for this trip. Unsure if the guide was included in this package, as we were mainly dropped off at each location for self-walk and exploration. However, Peter gave clear instructions, directions and cautions (if any). He also gave talks about the history/stories on board while driving. The trip went well; we saw what we registered for and had beautiful weather. The natural hue and landscapes are to die for. Pick-up was pretty much the same for all other tours in Iceland, reach at a particular spot and wait for the guide to call on names.
