The tour guide was very attentive and professional. My boyfriend even asked her to help translate when he was buying clothes at the market. 😭

Sammi is a very good and meticulous tour guide. The itinerary and transportation went smoothly. The luge and feeding seagulls were a lot of fun, it would have been perfect if the weather wasn't cold.

Feeding the seagulls was the most fun 😆. It's a pity the time was too short. Our tour guide, Suki, was great! The time allotted for each stop was well-planned, and she proactively helped us take photos, which was very thoughtful 👍🏻. I had a very enjoyable day trip.

Regarding this trip, I am very grateful to Klook's Sammi for demonstrating very professional service quality and showing meticulous care for each traveler. The time arrangement in each activity itinerary was appropriate, and the recommended restaurants were unique, allowing travelers to taste the local culinary culture. In addition, during the afternoon's manual luge activity, special attention was paid to our safety measures, allowing travelers to have fun and be safe. The itinerary's explanation of Seoul's attractions and Korean lifestyle gave me more knowledge. Finally, my daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed this trip. Thank you to tour guide Sammi for her dedication to the travelers and for tirelessly taking pictures of us feeding the seagulls on the boat. I hope to meet such a professional tour guide again when I come to Seoul for tourism and participate in Klook activities next time!

Teddy the tour guide is humorous and witty, fluent in multiple languages including Chinese, English, Korean (and maybe Japanese?), and he's great at helping everyone manage their time and scheduling. The atmosphere is also very pleasant! The Inspire venue is luxurious. Riding the bicycles is a little tiring. There are many seagulls and they're very enthusiastic, so don't feed them with your fingers! Watching the tour guide's paper cutting performance at the traditional park is great. The gravity slide car is fun and gives you a great sense of speed!

It was a very fun day. Our tour guide, Rachel, was very responsible and attentive. She helped us buy tickets, assisted with translation and communication, and often helped our family take photos. If you're doing the luge in the winter, dress warmly. We rode it twice and had a great time. The cafe is very unique, the bread is delicious, and there are many retro items to take photos and check in with.

Our guide Rachel was punctual and approachable. Clear in details, be it on WhatsApp or in person. We had enjoyed ourselves most at Gang Hwa luge but felt the market trip was unnecessary to add to itinerary. Seagull feeding and railbike was fun too. Overall it's definitely worth it.

Teddy is a professional tour guide who manages time well. The luge is exciting, and the Korean traditional dress and seaweed experience are also great.
