Things to do in Oratche Dairy Farm

A professionally guided tour from Tokyo to Hakone Shrine, Lake Ashi, and the Atami Fireworks Festival. The tour guide was knowledgeable, the information provided was clear, and I highly recommend it.

The activity guidelines stated that we wouldn't wait for latecomers, but they still waited for a group of guests for 10 minutes (who ultimately didn't show up). Thankfully, the tour guide advocated for us to depart directly. The tour guide, Mika, was fantastic. I initially thought she was Chinese based on her accent, but she's actually Japanese. She was very humorous, engaging, and enthusiastic, with excellent time management, making the trip smooth. If you want to line up to take a photo with the torii gate at the shrine, go immediately upon arrival, as the wait is extremely long, about 45-50 minutes. The fireworks were also great. Luckily, we brought a picnic blanket so we could sit on the ground. It would have been even better with music. I would consider booking again if needed.

The itinerary is great; you can sit in an air-conditioned bus and see animals in the sweltering summer heat. Moreover, the tour guide, Mr. Lin, is enthusiastic, courteous, and provides professional and attentive service.

Thank you to Eric for his leadership on August 25th, which ensured a smooth day for everyone. Although we had to cancel the shopping street portion of the trip due to traffic, it was simply because the Atami Fireworks Festival was so popular.

Our tour guide, Eric, was incredibly attentive and responsible! He added me to the group the day before to share details about the meeting point, etc. On the day of the tour, he was very dedicated, making sure everyone was present before heading to the next location! The fireworks display was absolutely stunning – definitely an event worth attending! We got back to Tokyo in the evening, definitely in time for the last train! You can just sleep on the bus; it's much better than going on your own.

Thanks to Mika, I had a wonderful time at the Atami Fireworks Festival. Her guidance from the meeting point to the viewing spot was thorough and reassuring, and her explanations about the fireworks and the local area were easy to understand and very informative. Mika was very kind and also very beautiful!

The tour guide contacted us a day in advance and provided very clear meeting point instructions. The weather was nice that day, traffic wasn't too bad, and the attractions weren't too crowded. Watching the fireworks in Atami at night was amazing. The tour guide spoke excellent Chinese and English, took great care of the group, and was very good overall.

Our tour guide, Ella, was great and enthusiastically introduced the attractions. She also recommended a good spot to watch the fireworks, and the bus parking location was excellent, right next to the fireworks display area. The only downside was that because there were so many people, some members of the group were late. Fortunately, we got back to Tokyo around 11:30 PM and were able to catch the Tokyo Metro.
