We finally got to visit Asahiyama Zoo, which we had been looking forward to for a long time! The weather was exceptionally good that day, with clear blue skies! We saw adorable little penguins and bought lots of cute merchandise at the zoo shop. We loved it so much! Shirasu Falls and Shirogane Blue Pond were also incredibly beautiful, and we had a wonderful time! Our guide, Xiao Zhang, worked so hard, constantly helping us with introductions in Chinese, English, and Japanese, all while driving. It really wasn't easy. Guide Zhang was humorous, witty, enthusiastic, and thoughtful, and we are all very grateful to you! Boss, are you seeing this? Give this kid a bonus!

Even though there were only three of us, Kobayashi was very responsible and thorough. He explained everything clearly and adjusted to our schedule, making the entire trip very smooth. Asahiyama Zoo is highly recommended; the penguins were incredibly cute! You could watch them for half an hour! Shirogane Blue Pond really is blue in the summer! It's beautiful, and Shirohige Waterfall was also very pretty! The Ningle Terrace (15 log cabins) was a bit uninteresting, though.

a great tour!! Our tour guide, Xiri was very helpful, she helped with all the go-to places, she clicked pictures of us, and suggested some other day trips from Sapporo too! would definitely recommend this!

First, a hundred thumbs up to our tour guide, Sunny! Her English is fluent, her Chinese is standard, and she shows no signs of job fatigue. She answers every question and always has a smile on her face – truly wonderful. The driver was very polite, greeting us every time we got on and off the bus, which is another reason to love Japan. Although the one-day tour was a bit rushed, we still got to see beautiful sights. Sunny also shared her list of recommended local eateries, which was a thoughtful bonus. Thank you, Klook!

Very attentive and engaging tour guide/driver. Comfortable vehicle used during tour, and a safe driver. Definitely would like to attend another tour.

Our tour guide, Rita, is really really good. She is very accommodating, good in english and most of all she gives a lot of advices on where to eat, what to buy and where to go.
