Gia the tour guide and Milton the driver…. went above and beyond showed us lots more spots and also provided great knowledge/stories of the places we traveled thru. I normally don’t leave reviews and this is my first review here cause both of them are sooooooo excellent great!!! - Erik C

pickup was smooth although they had sent email to indicate change of bus (but I did not see it at last minute), and there were lots of people at treasure island so it was a bit messy. however the guide does call those missing people, so all is good. seating at back of bus(near toilet) might be a little smelly but bearable. bus did not have chargers at every row so I did not have direct access but guide was willing to help with that. driving was good and fast arrival as traffic was good on that day. instructions given was always clear and enough time given for everything. reached back early at 4+. reminder to prepare some cash for the tip

carlito, our tour guide, was the best. he made sure we were first on our stops so it was not crowded. stay hydrated, and use sunscreen.

Since it was a day tour, they handled everything from hotel pickup the evening before, and even provided water and simple snacks like candy, which made the tour very comfortable. There were Korean staff members, as well as guides who spoke English and Japanese, so it would be great for people from various countries to book this tour! Highly recommend!👍🏻

This trip was so wonderful! Andy and Chris were very helpful throughout the entire tour. They took great care of us, made sure everything went smoothly and safely, and even helped us take lots of photos. Everything was well organized and always on time. Although it was a tour from 4:30 AM to 9:30 PM, I was able to get some sleep several times during the 1-2 hour transfers between spots on the bus, so instead of feeling tired, I actually felt relaxed. The driver and guide was Japanese, and their excellent driving made the tour feel very safe. It was great that they provided sandwiches, apples, and potato chips for lunch, and we could buy plenty of drinks, snacks, and food during the breaks at gas stations every two hours. Every spot offered breathtaking views, sights you might only see once in a lifetime, and I definitely think you should join this tour! Even though it was a long day, it flew by without me even noticing!

Our tour guide, Justin, was incredibly dedicated, attentive, and responsible! He took great care of every traveler throughout the trip, and he did his best to assist with and fulfill any requests. It's especially worth noting that Justin meticulously organized the menus for both lunch and dinner, along with the unique features of each restaurant, making it much easier for us to choose our preferred meals. Additionally, he specially arranged a "Bonus Stargazing Tour," which added an unexpected and unforgettable surprise to our itinerary. We were absolutely delighted! The two-day, one-night itinerary was very well-planned, with excellent management of attractions, dining, and rest times. The entire trip felt fulfilling without being overly stressful, and we gained so much from it. We are also very grateful to Justin for his hard work driving long distances throughout the trip.
