I arrived at the hotel around 9am, so I had to wait until 2pm before I can check in. Unfortunately, its almost 3pm but they were still not done cleaning / prepping the room. So, the staff transferred me to one of their other branches which was about 3 mins away (I think Hotel Nicecy Daily was the name of this other branch). The branch I originally booked was aesthestically better than the branch I was transferred into but the latter was still good also. They cleaned the room daily and after your checkout date, you can still leave your luggage with them while you go around. For transportation convience esp when taking grab, always remeber the address of the hotel as there are many hotel nicecy branches all over Saigon.

Fantastic place to stay in HCMC. Location is perfect. we picked a room that has a washer/dryer and kitchen inside. staff was very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is situated near Ben Tanh market and other michelin guide restaurants. The street (Le Thanh Ton) is generally quiet unlike other streets. Circle K is also beside the hotel so if you need anything, you just need to go down and buy it from there. The staff is also very accommodating and helpful. They tidy up the room everyday and give you fresh towels without being asked. One thing I noticed though, some parts of the room is a bit dusty. However, overall, it was a good stay and experience. :)
