This travel experience truly exceeded expectations! The driver was professional and considerate throughout, with steady driving skills, familiar routes, and smooth and safe driving. Not only was he punctual and attentive, but he also proactively helped with luggage and reminded us of important details, like a caring and reliable family member. He patiently explained things along the way, answered all questions, and arranged a reasonable pace without rushing, making the entire trip relaxing and comfortable. He was enthusiastic, honest, meticulous, and responsible, truly a perfect travel concierge! Highly recommended, I will definitely choose him again next time!

A little over a week passed quickly. It was my first time in Northern Xinjiang, and the route included Urumqi - Altay - Kanas - Hemu - Sayram Lake. The pick-up and drop-off service was very thorough, and the accommodation arrangements were also satisfactory. Many thanks to Master Guo Jing! He is very familiar with the routes between scenic spots and cities, his driving skills are very stable, and he also reminds us to pay attention to the scenery and animals. He thoughtfully prepared snacks, yogurt, and hot water. The 7-seater car is also very comfortable, and the heated and massage seats are great for winter travel! The master's aerial photography results are also amazing! He also took care of me, traveling alone with the group, haha~ I will definitely come to Xinjiang again!

Overall, the experience of this trip through Klook was quite good. Although there were some discrepancies between the itinerary and the original plan, the butler was very responsible, responsive, and actively assisted in coordinating and resolving issues, allowing the entire trip to proceed smoothly. The driver was experienced, very familiar with road conditions, drove steadily, and was humorous, making the long journey easy and enjoyable. Overall, the service team's professionalism and dedication made up for the shortcomings in the arrangements, and it was still a memorable trip.

Tour Guide: The driver and guide, Seer, was excellent! He took great care of us throughout the entire trip! Very easy to communicate with! Overall, the itinerary was very well arranged!\nAttractions: The chosen attractions were all quite classic, but it would be better if 1-2 more could be added!\nAccommodation Choice: Mostly 4-5 star hotels, except for one day in a log cabin which was a bit rough, but the rest were pretty good.

This tour package is beyond my expectation by miles. I’m a solo traveller and new to China. I don’t speak any chinese. I joined this small group tour with 4 locals. We had a great time traveling with them even I don’t speak Chinese at all. Wechat bridges the language barrier gap. Besides, the itinerary is good and flexible. Due to unpredictable weather at Altay which blocked us to go to Kanas and Hemu. The local tour operator has revised itinerary and refund to us which I’m really grateful for this. Finally the driver, Xiao Ma is the best and professional. He’s not only driver, but the tour leader, expert navigator and my roommate as well. He really made this trip so memorable. Finally I highly recommend this tour package which will make worry free for your trip in China.

We are extremely grateful to have had Master Ma Ming Qiang 马明强 with us throughout our Xinjiang trip. He is friendly, approachable, and incredibly reliable! the kind of driver who immediately makes you feel safe and comfortable. There were days when the road was misty and visibility was low, but he remained calm, attentive, and highly professional, getting us to every destination safely. Without him, the trip would definitely not have been the same. He is also very attentive to our needs, always checking in on us and making sure we were comfortable. Every day felt fun and enjoyable because he would share stories, explain local culture, and even go the extra mile to bring us to beautiful spots we didn’t even expect. We truly appreciate his effort and his warm personality. He is honestly very very very good! highly recommended! Our Xinjiang trip was so much more memorable because of him. 👍👍🙌🙌
