The experience was very good, especially suitable for bringing kids, you can spend a whole day here. Before entering, you need to go to the ticket office to exchange for physical tickets, otherwise the machine will not be able to recognize the QR code. You need to tell the staff which platform you purchased from, and she will print out the tickets. It's almost half the price cheaper than the official website, very cost-effective.

This Ibis hotel review praises the comfortable and clean rooms, comfortable beds, and a superb breakfast, while noting that daily room cleaning is not provided, and some amenities like in-room kettles and working lamps may be missing.

It's convenient to get to by tram from Lucerne train station, but the restroom didn't smell very good; it had a sewer odor. Everything else was acceptable.
