Things to do in Hanoi Old Quarter

I brought my grandmother and mother to experience this, and we all thought it was wonderful. It's very suitable for bringing the family together. The young lady at the front desk also spoke Chinese, making normal communication very easy, and she was very helpful. The massage therapists were also very attentive, constantly checking if the pressure was appropriate throughout the session. I booked this spa in Hanoi because multiple Japanese people recommended it. It turned out to be the best one. The reception staff were good, and the therapists were skilled. The facilities were also clean. The only slightly disappointing thing was being asked to write a Google review on the spot. I was planning to write a good review anyway, but if I have to write it right then, it feels like I'm obligated to give a good rating, which was a bit of a shame. Nevertheless, it was so good that I wished I had booked this spa every day instead of trying others. Highly recommended.

We had the absolute best time with Chloe. She was on time and provided us with bottles of water each. She was so knowledgeable and gave us the history and background of some of the dishes and restaurants. We tried eel for the first time which was actually pretty good! Chloe spoke very good English so we had great conversations throughout the tour. Thank you so much Chloe for everything!

Everything was wonderful. The bus from Hanoi to the marina was as comfortable as a Korean deluxe express bus, the cruise was luxurious, and the Chinese buffet, as well as the fruit and tea time on the return trip, were also very nice. Everything was satisfying. The motorboat we rode during the kayaking time for an additional fee of 300,000 VND per person was top-notch. I highly recommend it. The enthusiasm of the guide (a Vietnamese English-speaking guide) during the trip was also worthy of high praise.

The highlight of my entire trip to Vietnam!I booked a food tour in the Hanoi, and it blew me away. My guide, Hai, met us right at our hotel and instantly made us feel welcome. Instead of taking me to generic tourist traps, he led us down tiny, buzzing alleyways where locals sit on little plastic stools. I tried around 8 to 10 different dishes, and every single stop was a winner! Hai didn't just feed us-he shared incredible stories about Hanoi streets, family recipes, and local culture. If you are worried about street food hygiene or not knowing what to order, a guided tour takes all the guesswork out of it. Come hungry, wear comfortable walking shoes, and book this on your first day in the city!

Tried the 50-minute head spa and had a really enjoyable experience. They welcomed me with tea and light refreshments, and the session also included a short shoulder massage with hot stones. The treatment was comfortable and relaxing, and the price was very reasonable too. Would definitely recommend it!

Every arrangement made was accordingly. The private transfer and transport were good and comfortable. All the drivers that served us were very punctual. The only issue was communication with the driver due to their English proficiency, but it can be resolved with Google Translate. The service from Mie (SST travel )is superb. She responded fast to all my enquires and problems. I will definitely looking for her for my next trip to HCMC.

This was one of my favourite experiences in Hanoi. The local market tour was a great way to learn about Vietnamese ingredients before heading back to cook. The instructors were friendly, knowledgeable, and made everyone feel welcome, even if you had very little cooking experience. We made several delicious traditional dishes, and the recipes were explained clearly so I can recreate them at home. Everything was well organised, the kitchen was clean, and the atmosphere was fun and relaxed. I left with a full stomach, new cooking skills, and a much better understanding of Vietnamese cuisine. The food was absolutely delicious and has definitely made me want to eat Vietnamese food again when I get home. I would highly recommend this class to anyone visiting Hanoi.

The service was good and the massage was decent. The facilities were clean, comfortable, and the place was quiet and not too crowded. The price was also reasonable. I especially appreciated their flexibility with the booking time through Klook. My booking was originally scheduled for 7:00 PM, but they were kind enough to accommodate me at 4:30 PM instead, which was really convenient for my schedule. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and a good option if you’re looking for a clean and reasonably priced massage. Nothing exceptional, but definitely a decent place to try.
