Shuhokaku Kogetsu is truly an amazing hotel. The service is attentive and detailed, the environment is impeccably clean, and the public baths allow for complete relaxation. The kaiseki dinner is exquisite and delicious, with attention to detail evident in every dish. Most memorably, the magnificent and clear view of Mount Fuji can be enjoyed from every corner of the hotel. We were so lucky to have good weather and see Mount Fuji in its entirety, which made the whole trip even more perfect.

The view of Mount Fuji and Lake Kawaguchi from outside the hotel restaurant is truly a classic for this hotel; the Japanese landscaping is absolutely amazing.

We loved staying here at Fuji View Hotel. Staffs were very hospitable and helpful. The ammenities were excellent and complete! Plus, the stunning view of Mt. Fuji from our room and the overlooking hotel garden with trees turning red. 😍 That was the best hotel stay ever!

The rooms are comfortable and clean, the breakfast is delicious, luggage storage is available 🧳, there's a free shuttle bus to and from Kawaguchiko Station, and coin laundry facilities are available.

I was extremely satisfied with my stay at Shufuki Hotel Koyo! The room we booked had a foot-soaking onsen and a jacuzzi, where we could soak and enjoy the view of Mount Fuji. It was incredibly therapeutic! Plus, there were beautiful fresh flowers in the room, showing great attention to detail. The toiletries, body wash, shampoo, and even the complete skincare set were excellent, so there was no need to bring our own. Very thoughtful. The Kaiseki dinner was exquisite, fresh, and delicious. You could feel the care put into each dish. The breakfast was equally abundant and delicious. The tatami room was spacious, and my husband, I, and our two children slept comfortably. The luckiest part was that we actually saw Mount Fuji this time! The staff was also very kind and welcoming, making the whole trip very enjoyable. Overall, this stay was a perfect score of 100! The scenery, onsen, cuisine, and service were all impeccable. It was a perfect family trip!💖
