Incredible experience! The lagoon and facilities were beautiful. The seven step ritual is extremely relaxing and leaves you feeling rejuvinated. It is nice how your wristband acts as your key for your locker and your payment for purchasing drinks at the bar. I highly recommend this experience to anyone visiting Iceland.

Highly recommend if you don't have many days to visit Iceland. Even if you have, it is still worth the price. Voucher received via email is real time. Able to get cheaper rate than the site and bought on the spot. Excellent exhibition and very well worth for the price paid as we get to experience lava & ice cave & aurora and more knowledge on Iceland. Actual aurora viewed at the observation deck.

There were several stops to view the northern lights. Was very lucky to be able to catch it on the first stop.

Next up was the Bus Travel tour, which included hot chocolate. The driver and tour guide were both very professional! They knew what the aurora looked like when it was just starting and told us which direction to look, etc.

This tour was with a small company called Holiday Tour, and our guide, Michael, was Czech. He came to Iceland ten years ago and is an amazing person. Remember to bring snow boots for the glacier hike. The guide will ask if anyone doesn't have sunglasses and will lend you some – he's super helpful! Overall, highly recommended.

Turns out, seeing the Northern Lights in Iceland isn't so easy. The moon is super bright around the Mid-Autumn Festival, the cloud cover is thick, and the weather is unstable. To top it off, the bus got canceled. Feeling bummed.

The tour operator will ask you to gather at bus stop no 12, just opposite to Storm hotel, when bus comes, the guide will call the name out one by one based upon first book first serve, well arranged and perfect time management.
Our guide Edelweiss did a great job, talked much about everything related to the Iceland and the scenery, including history, background and funny story, and allowing enough time for visiting each spot. He also introduced nice restaurant , things to do after the tour if still staying downtown.
