We had the best experience with our tour guide, Tu, and the amazing Halong Bay Ambassador Cruise. The tour started with round-trip transportation in a luxurious bus, and once we arrived in Halong Bay, we enjoyed a delicious breakfast, lunch, and afternoon tea on the luxurious Ambassador Cruise. We also walked through limestone caves, played on the beach, and experienced canoeing, making it a very fun and fulfilling day. If you are considering several Halong Bay tours, you should definitely choose this one. The level of satisfaction is absolutely different. I had an incredible day trip on the Ha Long Bay cruise! From start to finish, everything was perfectly organized and very enjoyable. The food on board was absolutely delicious — a great variety of local Vietnamese dishes, all freshly prepared and beautifully presented. Every meal felt like a treat, and there was more than enough for everyone. The service on the boat was outstanding. All the crew members were extremely friendly, polite, and always smiling. They made sure everyone was comfortable and having a great time. I really appreciated how attentive they were — offering drinks, helping with photos, and checking in on us throughout the trip. What impressed me most was how responsible the staff were at every stop. They always counted carefully and waited until everyone was safely back on board before departing. It made me feel completely safe and well taken care of.

Handsome Johnny is a good tour guide. My mum and I enjoyed the fun day tour time with his “meow meow group”.

for this booking, we hopped on the Cozy Olympus cruise. the places you visit are as mentioned in the itinerary. once you board, the guide will allocate a table for you/your group and you will use it for the entire tour. it is more of a self guided tour because the guide will not follow you to all the spots but rather explain to you on the cruise and inform you on the meeting time. if you are going in cold weather, do not bother swimming at tip top island (even though they provide towels). instead, push for the summit if your body allows as it is really steep and crowded. for luon cave, you can opt for kayaking but get ready to be hit by all the other 'bamboo' boats if you are unable to control your kayak. the food on board is decent and served in buffet style. beverages are not included in this package but are still relatively affordable(about 40 to 80k VND, cash only). you actually can get cheaper drinks on some of the islands.

Great experience with the guide and staffs, they are all superb friendly and helpful. The meals are full of foods and they are all delicious. The activities are great, especially the kayak where they brought us to a private pearl farm that doesn't share with other cruise company. We are the only group in that area. I highly recommend you to join cozy cruise which is valuable compare to other expensive cruises.
