a very well planned day trip from Sapporo to Biei and the famous furano sea of flowers! was very excited to see the giant heart among the sea of flowers. Had 3 ice cream within 6 hours as they were so delicious (Vanilla milk/Lavender/Melon flavour). The free wine tasting at the winery is good! was given 3 samples from strong to sweet wine! if you like flowers and ice cream, this is the day trip you should book!

Katherine is enthusiastic about service, can introduce information in multiple languages, and also introduces many geographical features and people. I recommend the corn from Saigaoka. The white corn is much sweeter than Taiwanese corn, while the yellow corn is the sweetest corn I have ever tasted. In comparison, the white corn is moderately sweet. I recommend everyone to buy it and try it. The cantaloupe ice cream is also recommended and is also very good. Lunch is a buffet. Fried pumpkin, pan-fried scallops, corn soup, and puffs are delicious. Genghis Khan barbecue takes a while to cook. If you want to make a lavender pillow, don't worry about it taking a long time. It takes about 5 minutes and is very simple. Just spread out the cotton, put in the lavender seeds, and put it into the devil's sticky pillow. The lavender ice cream is also very small, so you don’t have to worry about not being able to finish it.

Our family booked this tour since we wanted to see the lavender fields and blooming flowers in Furano during the Hokkaido summer. Booking was nice and seamless, with communiciation with our very helpful tour guide Cassy the day prior to the activity. We visited all of the spots within reasonable time frames by our wonderful driver Yoshioka-san: Biei Patchwork Road, Seven Stars Tree, Shirogane Blue Pond, Takushinkan, Shikisai no Oka, Herb Garden Furano, and Ningle Terrace. We had opportunities to explore and buy souvenirs at every stop, after being briefed by Cassy who spoke both English and Chinese. The food was excellent and all of the sights were extremely beautiful, despite the flowers in Furano and Biei not being in full bloom during this visit. We also had a lot of fun conversing with Cassy about different things in Japan and Hokkaido. Overall, this experience was extremely unique and fun, with good value for money, and without any hassle. Thank you Cassy and Yoshioka-san!

We appreciate our guide very much. Even though he spoke very little English, he made an effort to keep us informed and entertained by using Google Translate and pointing out interesting sights along the route even with one or two-word descriptions. He was warm, friendly, and kind to all the passengers. even when we were a little late in returning to the bus. The bus driver was also very efficient in his job and friendly.

I like the itinerary, too bad there's no blue pond on July. I think shinsikai oka, kamifurano and tomita is nice but 3 farm on 1 day is a bit boring because they look quite similar in the end. But it's still a nice tour, highly recommended for first timer like me. Our tour guide Alex is the most chatty tour guide among others tour guide I've met in Japan. His fluent in Japanese, Mandarin and English and give a lot of good recommendation. I even saw him help other find her kids. Really nice and helpful. Btw, the bus is also nice and cool. In this summer, a cool bus is the best

The penguin walk was really cute. also got to see other animals in the zoo. Went to the Shirahige falls, Ken and Mary Tree and Biei Blue Pond. This was a short stops for photo ops but it's ok for me. Still got to see all these iconic spots in Hokkaido. Our guide, Bryan was the best. Gave some info on our nxt stops and made sure everyone is on the bus before leaving. 5☆ for Bryan.
