From the moment we arrived the staff were friendly, warm, and welcoming. They made us feel comfortable right away. I had a great hair spa session here. My hair felt incredibly soft, smelled amazing and I left feeling so relaxed. The therapists really took their time and didn’t rush the treatment which made the experience even more enjoyable. My only suggestion would be a slightly firmer massage but that’s just my personal preference. For the price, this is one of the most affordable hair spa experiences I’ve tried. They also include a relaxing neck and head massage that nearly put us to sleep—well, my brother actually did fall asleep! 🤭 A nice touch was the blow-dry service at the end of the session so we left feeling refreshed and looking presentable. Overall, excellent service, a relaxing atmosphere and great value for money. I would definitely recommend it and would happily come back again!

I had made a reservation for the evening, but when I came in and asked to change it, they gladly accommodated me. I booked an oil massage [120 minutes] with medium pressure. The scent of the oil [I chose citrus] was gentle, and I was occasionally losing consciousness [sound asleep] during the massage, which was very pleasant and refreshing. My legs were swollen from walking around, but when I put my shoes on to leave, they were easy to put on because the swelling had gone down so much. The receptionist and the massage therapist were both very kind, and it's a place I want to visit again and again.

the spa center is located in a busy area Siam square, very easy to get there and it was clean and well designed. the staffs were nice and let me choose the aroma oil. Service was nice and therapist Pal did a great job. The overall experience was good except for the strong music from Songkran festival in the neighbourhood haha.

Receptionist was kind to send reminder message but because we are stuck in a traffic jam we were late for 20min but they were really nice to wait for us. Actual washing is about 45 min with the last 15min blow dry of hair. They also gave us each a facial mask at the end of the session.

I book their Guasha Facial and Revitalizing Harmony Experience, and it was a lovely experience. The décor was elegant, the welcome drink was a nice touch, and the clean, cosy room with gentle ducted air-con made the session very comfortable. The heated massage bed was a highlight. With only four treatment rooms, the atmosphere feels private, so it’s best to book ahead via WhatsApp at +66 98 005 5009. The masseur’s skills were acceptable, and the mango sticky rice served afterward was a delightful surprise. Overall, it’s a cosy and charming place for a relaxing wellness break. For savings, pay through Klook, and ask for the Karun Thai Tea voucher when spending above 1,500 baht (Karun is on Level 3).

The place is clean, the massage rooms are new, and the decor is modern. The staff are polite and attentive to customers, and there's no pressure at all. After receiving the service, I felt completely relaxed. I booked through Klook and got an immediate appointment, so there was no waiting. I'm a regular customer; whenever I want a massage, this is the only place I think of. I hope they continue to maintain their high standards and keep improving their service.

I highly recommend it. All the staff members are friendly. When I went there, I brought a drink and they even refrigerated it for me and didn't forget to bring it with them. At the end of the massage, they gave me a coin purse as a souvenir, so I received it twice, so I got two^^ And there was a Korean manager. I was sorry that I couldn't speak English on the first day, but the next day was so comfortable. It was good👍👍👍 I will visit again next time.
