He was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and organized from start to finish. Mason shared interesting facts about each stop, kept everything running on schedule, and made sure everyone was comfortable throughout the trip. The itinerary was well planned, giving us enough time to enjoy the breathtaking views of Niagara Falls and the other attractions without feeling rushed. Mason was always happy to answer questions, offer recommendations, and even helped take photos for everyone. If you’re thinking about booking this tour, I highly recommend it—especially if Mason is your guide. He truly went above and beyond to make the trip enjoyable and memorable. Our guide, Oka, was very kind and provided excellent explanations about Niagara Falls. The rest stops and sightseeing spots during the journey to and from Niagara Falls were also very satisfying. The quality and location of our accommodation were great, allowing us to have an enjoyable evening. The bus was also comfortable. The tour finished on schedule, so there were no issues with our subsequent plans.

it’s a while day event and must visit. Pick up point instructions were very clear. Luis and Hugo were our guide and driver. The drive to Niagara falls was smooth and Luis was very informative. The stops and free time were great (and as per itinerary), the boat cruise is a must (it gets crowded)!

I had an amazing 3-day tour to Niagara Falls and Washington, D.C. The entire trip was very well organized and exceeded my expectations. A special thanks to our tour guide, Jay, who was exceptional throughout the journey. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and an excellent communicator. He provided detailed information about every destination, and significance of each attraction. The hotels selected for our stay were comfortable, clean, and conveniently located. As a vegetarian, I really appreciated Jay's thoughtfulness. He made sure we had suitable meal options by stopping at nearby for both lunch and dinner I would also like to thank our driver, Joy, who ensured we had a safe and comfortable journey throughout the trip. Despite the long hours on the road, she drove professionally and making us feel safe at all times. I highly recommend this tour, and if you have the opportunity to travel with Jay and Joy as your driver, you're in for a memorable experience.

Sammy, our guide and driver, was fantastic — accommodating, friendly, and even volunteered to take pictures for us. Jonathan, our other driver, was just as helpful. Beautiful weather made the day even better, and the boat cruise up close to the falls was the highlight — truly unforgettable. Well organized, never rushed, and a great experience overall.
