Hotels in Ko Samui

Everything was amazing, including the service, the restaurant, the rooms, the facilities, the swimming pool, the view, and the beach 🩷. The rooms were quiet and exceptionally soundproof, and best of all, they had a Dyson hair dryer ☺️.

lovely staff! I love the pool and breakfast. it has direct access to the ocean and the view is beautiful. My room face the parking lot but I do not stay in the room that much.

A solid 10 out of 10 (Watch out for dogs, though; my partner was bitten by a dog here on the beach). The room was clean. There are two types of rooms; the first type seemed to be newly renovated (equipped with Netflix), but the air conditioning was loud, so the staff gave us a new room. The customer service was exceptionally good. The second room (the one we moved to) had a garden and sea view, but since our room was on the corner, there was no view. The bed in this room was huge, probably size 42. The water pressure was good. This room did not have Netflix, though (it would be great if it did). There are a lot of mosquitoes in this area. There is an iron and a hair dryer; the amenities are fully provided. The breakfast had a great variety, with different menus each day. All the staff, including the receptionists, provided excellent service and spoke very politely—no complaints at all. The cats are cute. The swimming pool is not very large, but it is quite deep, around 190 cm. The hotel is located on a corner, so you need to be careful when crossing the street. There is not much parking space for cars. Motorcycles are available for rent at 300 THB per day (24 hours). We stayed here for 6 nights, absolutely fantastic!

Had an absolutely fantastic stay at Hansar Samui! Everything was excellent, from the smooth check-in and warm hospitality to the delicious breakfast, impeccable housekeeping, and relaxing spa experience. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help, making the entire stay feel special. The views were spectacular, and the beachfront location made it even better. The rooms were comfortable, the atmosphere was peaceful, and every little detail was well taken care of. Truly a wonderful experience from start to finish. Would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Koh Samui!

We had a wonderful trip at a lovely hotel near the airport that was incredibly family-friendly. The food was also delicious. We would love to stay there again when we visit Koh Samui. The ocean was rocky with high waves, making it difficult to swim.

Great atmosphere, easy to get around to find food, good service from the staff, and a nice breakfast. However, the rooms are not soundproof, and there is very limited car parking with space for only 3 cars.

Banyan Tree is still Banyan Tree; the service is absolutely top-notch, making you feel relaxed and welcomed. Everywhere you go on the resort grounds, the staff clearly understands your needs and intentions. The exclusive Lamai Bay beach, belonging to the hotel, is a place you'll never tire of visiting, even daily!
