Although the weather was not perfect as we could only see nothing on Zao Cable car, the guide was helpful to try suggesting other routes. He was also a funny guide to make us feel relaxed during the whole journey. I really appreciated the driver contacting me via WhatsApp the day before departure. Since it was a small group with few participants, hotel pickup and drop-off service was provided. The canyon scenery was lovely; sitting in the boat, feeding the fish along the way, and admiring the surrounding views was very relaxing. Observing the foxes up close at Fox Village was a unique experience, the Shiroishi Umen noodles were refreshing and distinctly local, and the scenery at Ginzan Onsen was charmingly rustic. It was an unforgettable experience combining nature, culture, and delicious food.

Although we didn't visit during the winter, it was still very beautiful. The overall environment is peaceful with quite a few tourists. For visitors who plan to soak in the hot springs, it is recommended to bring your own towel to dry your feet. Sitting by the river to enjoy the scenery and relax is a wonderful experience.
