Our guide, Edward, was exceptional. He was highly knowledgeable, personable, and approachable throughout the experience. He went above and beyond to ensure everyone was comfortable, thoughtfully providing snacks, water, and even charging cables when needed. The itinerary was extremely well organised and offered excellent value for money. The scenery was absolutely stunning, and photos simply do not capture how beautiful it truly was.

The tour is well conducted. Most of all, the tour bus driver & guide, Mr. Clarke Kee (apologise if I spelt it incorrectly) is one of the best my family have come across. He is thorough, speaks clearly and a true-blue gentleman. Whistle was more beautiful with the guide!

It was a beautiful road trip on the highway into the mountains, an experience you wouldn't have had without a car. Our tour guide, Alex, was very motivated and even made two extra stops so we could see more places :)

We were able to efficiently tour the admired Butchart Gardens and the city of Victoria, with plenty of free time on site. The time spent on the ferry was also fulfilling, and we were very satisfied being able to enjoy meals on our own. The bus was also clean. However, I thought it would have been reassuring if a photo of the bus had been provided beforehand for pickup, as there are many buses picking up near the Hyatt, which caused a bit of confusion. Nevertheless, we were picked up successfully and had an enjoyable trip.

Zac was an excellent tour guide for the Whistler and Sea to Sky Gondola tour. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and kept the trip well organized. His insights about the area made the journey more enjoyable, and he ensured everyone had a great experience. Highly recommended! 😊

I really enjoy the pace of the tour, the operator have good timing for all activities, we managed to complete everything in the list just on time. It’s always good to hear more about the attractions we visit. Also, shout out to Azri A from Klook for his support. Since I don’t have a local number, he confirmed with the operator on my behalf regarding the pickup time and location.

The entire trip was very relaxing and enjoyable, and the timing was just perfect! Our tour guide was enthusiastic and thoughtful, communicating all arrangements with us in advance. They even helped us take photos to remember the trip, which we really appreciate! Butchart Gardens is beautiful, and Victoria's city center is also well worth a visit!

The overall experience was pretty good, but due to traffic, the pickup was delayed by over half an hour, which made me panic and wonder if I had been forgotten. Fortunately, I immediately contacted customer service, and they responded very quickly. The tour guide was also very dedicated in their explanations, even though they had to multitask by driving and explaining at the same time. The weather wasn't great, with some rain, but for them, it's a normal occurrence. The boat experience was very unique; the entire vehicle drove onto the boat to cross to Victoria Harbour. Additionally, Butchart Gardens was beautiful, but I believe it would be even better during peak blooming season!

I bought a 48-hour pass, and I just showed the driver the QR code when I boarded. However, unlike in Australia or Singapore, where you can plug in headphones to a guide device next to your seat and select a Chinese audio guide, here you have to download a dedicated app on your phone to listen to the guide. I spent a long time trying to figure out how to set it up, but couldn't, so I ended up listening to the English audio guide broadcast on the bus the whole time.
