The service staff is very friendly. The round-trip bus is the same person and the same car, and someone will assist in taking the boat! The return ticket is exchanged at the small counter inside Island Water Puerto Galera! Photos are attached! It is very convenient and affordable to go to Dolphin Bay by yourself~ Highly recommended.

Smooth cruise, excellent friendly staff, on time departure and early arrival at Batangas Port. I am still amazed of the world class facilities of the port, whoever conceptualized this long term investment is a genius. I’m looking forward to experience a world class multi tier parking space to match the massive facilities.

Original building of the hotel is a bit dated. I suggest booking the modern ones for a delightful experience. Avail the breakfast meal as it is worth it! However, dishes are mainly filipino.

clean facility, good location, staffs are approachable. love the free barako coffee. breakfast menu is so-so. parking lot is ok. will definitely book again.
