We booked a private MPV transfer from Manila to Tagaytay and back for our group of five. We called a day before to confirm our booking. They sent our car and driver details right away.
Our driver Larry arrived at our hotel right on time. We left at 7.30am and got back at 7pm. The car was almost new and very comfortable. It had plenty of space for all of us.
kids planned the itinerary themselves. Larry took us to every single stop on their list. He also reordered the stops by proximity. The kids loved it.

Everything went smoothly from check in to boarding, departure, and arrival. We arrived early at Batangas Port and checked in at around 2:00 PM. Boarding started at 7:30 PM, we departed at about 9:00 PM, and arrived at our destination around 9:00 AM the next day.
Breakfast and bed linens were included. The cabin was clean and comfortable, and the private restroom was well maintained.
One thing to keep in mind is to book well in advance. Booking confirmations can take up to 48 hours. We booked our tickets on June 13 for a June 17 trip, and the confirmation only arrived near the end of the processing period, which made me a little anxious by June 15.
Overall, it was a great experience. The staff were friendly, helpful, and accommodating. They even assisted me with my luggage, which I greatly appreciated. I had a comfortable and pleasant journey from start to finish.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a very pleasant experience. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with comfortable bedding and modern amenities. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to assist with any requests. Check-in and check-out were quick and hassle-free. I also enjoyed the breakfast, which offered a good variety of fresh and tasty options. The overall atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing. I would gladly stay here again and recommend this hotel to others.

The rooms looks exactly on the photos. It is clean and the aircon looks new. the bathroom is big enough. Highly recommended.
