WE HAD SUPER FUN!!! all our riders Sally, Mun, Katie, and Nam are very friendly. We shared not only food but a lot of stories as well. it was a very fun and authentic experience thank you all the food are great esp coconut jelly and flan 🥰🥰🥰🥰

Our tour guide Bonni and driver Frood didn’t disappoint us. We enjoyed the tour and it was a breeze booking, meeting up in our pickup location and the ride going home. Will definitely book again next time

The local tour guide “Captain C” is very knowledgeable with local attractions and he gave a superb guide about Miami. Great to have him as the wonderful tour guide.

There was a complete lack of guidance at the meeting point; no one said anything like, "I'm checking participants for this tour!" When I inquired at the tour desk, they gave me a sticker to wear on my chest (which they didn't give to anyone else). The bus arrived about 10 minutes after the scheduled meeting time. I was anxious until we departed and they announced we were going to Key West, so those who are not at all comfortable with English might want to be prepared. The tour itself was good, but the tour details didn't mention stopping at a small cafe for breakfast along the way, which would have been helpful to know in advance.

I spent eight days in Tasmania and participated in several day tours. I genuinely feel that the Bay of Fires day tour was the most enjoyable and highly recommended. David is truly an excellent local guide; the itinerary was well-planned, his commentary was professional, and he was always friendly and attentive to us. Additionally, there were six of us on the tour that day, and even though we were all from different places and meeting for the first time, we were fortunate that everyone was very friendly and talkative. The atmosphere of the entire tour was fantastic, leaving us with wonderful memories.🩷

I used this service during my trip to Orlando. The round-trip taxi fare from my accommodation to the Kennedy Space Center was actually about the same price as the Klook tour + admission ticket, so I thought it would be a bit cheaper and booked it. First, the guide picked up everyone who booked from their hotels and we entered the Kennedy Space Center right when it opened. Then, we started the VR game that the guide had pre-booked, and after that, we had free time. (This is not a guided tour where you move together and receive explanations; you move around freely.) The guide was Chinese-American, I believe, and spoke both Chinese and English. When we told them we were Korean, they used a translator to send us the Kennedy Space Center tour route. I thought they would drop us back off at our hotel at closing time, but they asked where we wanted to go next. I wondered, "Why are they asking?" but it turned out the pickup and drop-off locations were different, which is why they asked. We told them we were going to the Orlando McDonald's (the largest store) after the NASA tour, and they dropped us off there. Thanks to that, we saved a little more on transportation costs. Additionally, there's a $10 tip per person that isn't mentioned here, but I was so grateful for the guide's help, even using a translator to assist us, to make sure we enjoyed our time as much as possible. Although we weren't blessed with good weather and couldn't participate in the glass-bottom boat tour (it was canceled), we were able to enjoy two hours of paddleboarding. I'd always wanted to try SUP, so I'm glad I finally got the chance. We even saw manatees!
