Things to do in Hue

Very beautiful and large grounds. We saw everything in about 3-4 hours, taking a leisurely stroll and enjoying the views. I recommend this tour to anyone interested in the historical aspect of the culture. Visited the ancient historical temples and buildingsnin Vietnam. The guide did an amazing job in explaining the history of every historical building in Hue City. A really lovely and funny tour guide. The food is really unique and flavorful. Had a great time along the trip. Highly recommended.

Went on a Hue Imperial Discovery Full Day Tour with One. The pacing and the itinerary of the tour is also very ideal. It was well worth it! One is a very organized and efficient guide. She even gave us a history of the Nguyen dynasty on the way to Hue. Added to that is a brief Vietnamese lesson. 😊 At every place, she would give us a background of the place, then would give us free time to roam around and take photos. When a place gets crowded she would lead us a different section first. One really handled our tour group very well! She is one of the best guides I have ever had. Thank you very much! 🙏🏼

I think Khai Dinh tomb is the most striking and unique when compared with the other royal tombs. So many tourists lined up at the ticket counter when we arrived, luckily we booked our tickets earlier through Klook.

we enjoy so much the Double Decker bus , we go to Hue to Try and Experience the Double Decker bus it’s 100% recommended and the guide their is so attentive even though he’s not fluent in English… overall it’s a nice experience

Good tour to see some highlights of Hue. Toddler and Baby friendly!. Vi, our tour guide did a very good job in explaining the history behind each site we visited, and loved her little jokes she would share here and there, despite the guests being a little..flat in excitement you could say. Hue is definitely a beautiful city.

We recommend arriving 20 minutes early to board the boat and secure a seat in the front, as the back has motor noise that can interfere with the viewing experience. The performers are excellent, making it a great introduction to traditional music culture! (Many of the local audience members on board are also very well-mannered!)

We were able to experience an extremely informative and interesting tour of the Citadel of Hue and the Dong Ba Market. Our local guide Hoa is very friendly, speaks excellent English, and is very knowledgeable about the history of Hue and Vietnam. We can definitely recommend the tour.
