Excellent value for money, well-planned three days. Using it to the fullest was a success, and the price on Klook, along with discounts, made it cheaper than other places, including travel fairs. Once purchased, there's no need to exchange anything; just use the QR code you receive after purchase to show the train staff when they ask to check it.
Seat Reservation Process: Book on the SBB website.
Location and details for redemption: No need to receive anything; use the QR code received in the email.
Includes Shuttle Service: Does not include shuttle service, but includes the train from the airport to the city.

Great experience using Oberland pass to travel around Oberland district with first class experience. the train is always on time and everywhere in Switzerland have stunning view. For the best experience is able to catch the retro belle epoque train.

We had a great time. Milton, George and Isaac were a great team. They took care of us throughout the tour. Milton was very informative and never let us get bored during our trip. It was good that we decided to go for Grindelwald First, we had great photo ops and it was clear skies that day, very lucky. We recommend taking this tour.

This tour exceeded our expectations in every way. From the easy 15-minute walk from our Lucerne hotel to the pickup point, to the outstanding guidance provided by Adela and her team, every aspect of the day trip was well-organized and enjoyable. We appreciated the feedback from previous customers regarding altitude sickness, which prompted us to take preventative measures, such as drinking warm herbal teas, to ensure a comfortable journey.

On 7th of October, I went a trip from Zurich to Jungfraujoch via Keytours, and I was very satisfied with that.
The weather was also great, so we were able to enjoy the fantastic view of Jungfraujoch 200%!
Especially I really appreciated Yanis, the Best driver & tour guide for his hard work. He took a good care of all the participants all the time. For example, when we came down from the Jungfraujoch, the cable car was broken temporarily. But we were OK because he let us know how we could find another way to come down by train. (People might be in a panic without his support.)
Thank you Keytours & Yanis again, and hopefully see you soon again. :)

My family and I enjoyed the tour very much! the sights were beautiful and our tour guide, Raymond, was extremely knowledgeable and caring. He knew the whole tour route very well and was able to navigate expertly. The only thing we felt was that there could have been a little more time given to explore each part of the tour. Otherwise everything was great. We are glad that we embarked on this tour to view the Top of Europe :)

we had this tour with our family including 2 kids. thoroughly enjoyed the trip. real highlight of the trip was the tour guide KID. he made tour lively and entertaining.
