it was amazing experience of 3 day trip to Yabuli and Snow Town. The trip was well organised from the time of booking till we started the trip. our driver, Wei Xin was very courteous and helpful across the whole journey. He helped us navigate not only the places but also in helping with translations for vegetarian food, photos, places to visit, etc.

A huge thank you to Sally for the customized itinerary recommendation! The Changbai Mountain trip left me amazed! The majestic peaks were covered in white snow, resembling a wonderland. I customized a private itinerary, from relaxing in the hot springs to snow hiking, which made for a unique experience. The local guides were professional and enthusiastic, taking us to explore hidden spots and taste authentic cuisine. The accommodation was comfortable and cozy, with attentive service. This trip not only allowed me to appreciate the natural wonders but also feel the cultural charm. Highly recommended for friends seeking personalized adventures! Changbai Mountain, an unforgettable experience!

This was our first Harbin trip, the extreme cold was what we wanted to experience. The tour was well coordinated, guide and driver are friendly and very experienced. The tour helped with additional options to value add our experience with no obligation. Most of us were able to quickly adjust to Harbin harsh weather and follow the itinerary. Upon booking this package, we were prepared for the local meals and accepted the outcomes. The trip is communicated in mandarin, instructions on activities, meeting place/time were essential for tour participation. Due to seasonal holidays, the large influx of tourists is easy for anyone to be separated. Be sure to have a good roaming data plan to stay contactable, China telecom provides excellent broadband coverage. Overall, we enjoyed the simple nature of Snow Village which shown us the place where time stood still and the marvels of mountainous views.

One of the best experiences especially if you have a very limited time in Harbin but would love to experience Harbin to the fullest. The sevice is impeccable, eventhough a tour guide was not included but the operator & driver guided and helped us with everything. Would definitely recommend!

It was nice and convenient. am solo everything was easy just meet up and the bus will bring you there. Its a day journey where we can pick to go home at different timings whenever we want which is great so i can still have the rest of the day exploring other parts of the city. I started my day at around 8am and went back around 12pm Volga Manor is a fun place to visit, alot of snow & ofc snow activities!! I really love the slide HAHA A must place to visit. ps the cat 😭

Had an amazing experience around snow town and ski trip! Our tour guide (钥匙) is very kind to us and make sure we’re always safe and comfortable during the trip. Even though there’s a communication issue because we don’t understand chinese but thankfully we have translation tools and Wechat so we can navigate easily!

me and my mother from Indonesia have a great time woth this tour. it's a bit hectic but all go smoothly. our tour guide is Jie Jie, she handle everything good and very impatient to all of ud, especially us, who can't speak Chinese. there may be a little miss communication but she try her best! it's trusted and all good.

I went on a tour with driver Lee Hui on January 1st. We booked as a group, but we were lucky to go with a small number of people, which was great, and the driver was very kind. He allocated time appropriately for each course and took us to a restaurant in the middle, so I took lots of pictures. However, please note that he only speaks Chinese, so communication may be difficult for foreigners!

We had a memorable lunch at Hongmen Yuyan! It is located in the Chinese Baroque Street and is a short walk away from Chinese-baroque Block Metro Station (Line 3). We opted for the VIP Lunch (without cosplay) and were assigned seats in the middle of the aisle. The pre-lunch games and NPC-interactions were fun and entertaining, though you'd need to have a good command of Mandarin to understand them. The performances were eye-catching and the choreography was well planned. The food is acceptable and the sweet items were more delicous than the savoury items - do note that the food served will not necessarily match the Klook menu so one should be mindful about any religous food restrictions/allergens. I appreciate that a short birthday segment was arranged for my father at a very short notice - I informed one of the female staff only upon arrival since I booked through Klook and did not know how to contact the restaurant directly. Overall, the experience is value-for-money and recommended!!
