Cleanliness: Quite clean; both the private hot spring rooms and the large public bath are very clean. There are two private hot spring rooms available for queuing.
Location: It is more convenient if you drive yourself.
Service: Good, with a wide variety of dinner options and free-flowing drinks.

This is a one-of-a-kind experience. The location was great, not too busy, with nature sorrounding you... it was very relaxing. The room is huge, the bed is very comfy. The staff are very attentive and nice, and they even helped me in preparing the cake I ordered for my husband's birthday! We also especially liked the dining experience, and the food served were all delicious!!! I'd give it more than 5 stars!!! Love it!
