The best family-friendly hotel in Pattaya, the staff are very friendly, the breakfast is very generous, the water play area is super abundant, and the main thing is that there is a Let's Relax massage in the hotel (you can eat unlimited amounts of their super delicious egg rolls at the Let's Relax in this hotel 😆 We also bought a lot of boxes as souvenirs)!

Great location, a 2-min walk and you’re already at the beach. And a good 10-min walk going to Fairtex which is our reason for going to Pattaya. Room is kinda small compared to other hotels we’ve been to though, esp if you have big luggages.

we had a great stay in Glow Pattaya Hotel, the staff are so friendly and accommodating. there’s gym and pool that makes it exciting.

Hotel Location: Convenient and very accessible. Breakfast: They have lot of food options, which is great. The food is really good and delicious. Welcome drink is nice especially of the hot weather. Cleanliness: Superb, the service is fantastic. Public washroom was also clean and they have waiting or receiving area which is good. Service: The staffs were nice and polite. Can speak english as well and very accommodating.

Convenient location, clean rooms, comfortable beds, and beautiful views. Great kids' activities, my son loved it! Easy to find food, right next to Terminal 21. Will definitely stay again.

Very good, the accommodation is new. The location is good even though it's not right on the beach, but it's not far. The facilities in the hotel are complete, suitable for small children and adults. Large gym, kids club, children's pool, dining room, suitable for spending leisure time.

we really had a great stay here! it's not red planet anymore when we arrived there. i forgot the new name but i think it's easy planet? very near to 7/11. walking distance to outlet, terminal 21 and the beach. it's clean and very accommodating.

Beautiful hotel with a seaside pool. The breakfast was good, especially the variety of fresh juices, such as freshly squeezed orange juice, pineapple juice, guava juice, vegetable juice, and apple juice, all without sugar. The staff was also very good. Even though there was a slight communication error in our case, the hotel staff resolved the situation to our satisfaction. On the day we stayed, it was my boyfriend's birthday, and the hotel had a birthday cake prepared for him. We will definitely return.
