You must stay here!
You name a amenity a resort should have and there it is. Too good. We have been provided with free shuttle service to airport and a free bus to take you to the nearby attractions. The staffs was very kind and humble. And the complimentary breakfast was amazing and had more varieties too. I would definitely recommend anyone to stay here

Fast service, clean villa, friendly staff and the villa itself is superb! The hotel also provide free shuttle to airport during our check-out day. They also provide take-away breakfast for us since we checked out 6am in the morning. Buggy and food service also very fast.

I booked this hotel based on online information stating they offered free airport pickup and free shuttle buses to three northern attractions. After inquiring, I learned the free airport pickup required a minimum two-night stay. Instead, I took the free #17 bus from the airport (frequent service and direct to the hotel entrance). They do offer free golf cart service to Grand World Phu Quoc (though it's walkable). The shuttle to VinWonders and Vinpearl Safari is actually the Vinbus operated by the Vinpearl group, which is available to non-guests as well. The hotel facilities are quite nice and definitely live up to the 5-star rating, with a pool featuring waterslides (though they were closed during our rainy season visit). The game room has a physical training area for those over 140cm! Staying in a 5-star hotel at this price is a great deal.
