The driver was very polite and helpful. The transfer to the hotel was on time, and they even guided us during the tour. The guide wasn't constantly with us, allowing us plenty of free time to explore at our own pace. Although it was the rainy season and we unfortunately couldn't clearly see the sunrise due to clouds and fog, the scenery was incredibly beautiful. For this experience and price, I think it offers excellent value for money.

Not only did he located us (from a secluded hotel), but he also personally helped us with our luggage as we were transitioning between hotels. The staff were all incredibly friendly, energetic, and fantastic! Seeing the staff laughing together and getting along so well on the bus ride to the flight location helped ease my pre-flight nerves. Even though I have a fear of heights, the flight was very stable with no turbulence, feeling just like sitting in a chair, and I got to see the most amazing views. My friend encountered a problem, but the staff handled it wonderfully, and I'm very grateful! They also took photos and videos with a GoPro, which made for great memories.
