After booking, I received a pre-confirmation via WhatsApp, and they quickly answered various questions. The day before the tour, I received the driver's information to avoid any mistakes, and on the day of the tour, the driver arrived at the hotel early, which was very smooth. We were able to efficiently visit the Blue Mosque and Pink Mosque, and it was definitely better than going on our own! At the Blue Mosque, the guide was studying Japanese, and the Japanese explanation was easy to understand, making it a very good tour!

Recently rented a car in Malaysia and had a smooth overall experience. The vehicle was clean, well-maintained, and fuel-efficient — ideal for city driving as well as short highway trips. Pick-up and drop-off were hassle-free, and the support team was responsive throughout.
Driving in Malaysia was comfortable with good road conditions, clear signages, and easy access to petrol stations. Just be mindful of toll roads, as most require Touch ’n Go card balance.

Alhamdulillah.. Stayed here for 3 days and 2 nights. The hotel is very large, the rooms are spacious and clean, and there's free parking under the hotel. The hotel is close to SACC MALL, UTC, PKNS Plaza, and various eateries. The swimming pool is large and clean. There is a surau (prayer room) called LATIFAH for congregational prayers. The kids loved it. I'm happy. Thank you Klook for making it easy for me to book this hotel. The best.

While the facilities are old, the overall open-air design creates a great atmosphere and a resort-like feel. The breakfast also features an open kitchen where you can have egg dishes made to your liking. The pool is spacious enough for children to play in and includes a slide and bridge for added fun. For longer stays, the lack of a washing machine was inconvenient, although there is a cleaning service available. Overall, I was satisfied and would like to use it again if I have the opportunity.

The staff are very welcoming. Hassle free check-in procedure and not to mentioned the free cookies. The park view was nice during night. Will definately stay here again 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Smooth check-in, friendly staffs, spacious and clean room. My kids enjoyed kayaking in the big pool. Recommended for family with kids! :)
