We had a very good instructor! My son had never surfed before! This was his first experience. On his very first try, my son was able to stay on the waves by himself. A big thank you to the instructor. We were a little late, but our agent wrote that they were waiting for us and we could still come. Thank you to the company for that ❤️

I wanted my kids to learn surfing, so I compared reviews on Klook and made a reservation. What I was most satisfied with was that they prioritized the safety of the children and, on the day of the reservation, the waves were too high and dangerous for the children, so they told us to come back early the next morning. Sure enough, when we went early the next day, the waves were not high, so the kids could safely take surfing lessons, and both teachers were friendly, so the kids enjoyed the class. I was impressed with their focus on safety and the manager watching over the students during the lesson. The kids really enjoyed it, and they plan to come back for surfing lessons while staying in Bali. Thank you for the great class ^^

We had an amazing time and this is definitely a must-do experience when visiting Mount Batur. The jeep tour was fantastic, and our driver, Suda, was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make the trip memorable. He even took some incredible photos for our family that we’ll treasure for years to come. Thank you for such a wonderful trip and for making it a truly special day for our family. What an amazing day in Uluwatu! It was tiring, but absolutely worth every moment. I booked a shared tour, and it turned out to be a very intimate experience since there were only two solo travelers in the van. We visited the stunning Padang Padang Beach and Suluban Beach, both with breathtaking views. The highlight of the day was definitely the mesmerizing Kecak Dance at sunset—it was such a unique and unforgettable cultural experience. To top it all off, we ended the day with a delicious seafood dinner in Jimbaran, where everything was freshly cooked. It was the perfect way to end an incredible tour. I highly recommend this experience to anyone visiting Bali!

Our tour guide, pick up driver are both very nice and punctual. Especially the tour guide, Bambang, he was very considerate and friendly during the whole trip. I feel super lucky that we had him as our guide. Wish him all the best.

Even though the tour had to start super early, but everything would be paid off when you see the sunrise on Mt. Batur. Our tour guide, Oman, was best of the best. His driving skill was excellent, safe and experienced, also he was super considerate and caring during the whole tour. It is our pleasure to have him as our tour guide. Wish him all the best!

We bought a package B but ended with multiples xtra rides for our family. Price is reasonable and all the rides are well recommended to try. Thank you to our driver, Mr Nyoman Arta for his kind heart for letting my family to enjoy to the fullest. His patience is much appreciated. Its my daughter's first time doing the Sea Walking. She has been well taken care of by the staffs during the whole process. Salute to the jetski instructor who lead my daughter to her extreme rides. Because of his skills that made my daughter requested to ride the jetski again and again. Look for Pak Wina when you get there. He will attend to you responsively. This is my family’s first trip outside the country, and so far we have enjoyed it a lot. Especially my daughter — she is really having a great time and spends the whole day playing in the water without stopping. Even though the weather is hot, we don’t really feel it, maybe because there are a lot of trees surrounding the water park, which is great. We can even walk barefoot because the ground doesn’t feel hot. We ordered pineapple pizza, shakes, duck buns, ice cream, and a caffe latte — everything was delicious, but the best for us was the smoke burger. We ordered it three times but still feel like we want more. We just can’t get enough of it; it’s really delicious.

From the calming aroma at the door to the incredible treatment, this was the ultimate self-care experience. The atmosphere was incredibly peaceful, the facilities were spotless, and the staff was so warm and welcoming.
