Hokkaido: Lake Shikotsu Ice Festival & Hoshino Tomamu Ice Village Day Trip | Depart from Sapporo

I would like to compliment Habi for his services for this day tour. We were caught up in an unfortunate closure of the Tomamu ice village due to weather changes, and this has nothing to do with the guide, services provided and the tour company. Habi had tried his best to facilitate the situation, providing us alternatives and respecting the participant’s choices whether they want to stay or continue with the alternative itinerary. It was no fault of his and in fact we could tell he worked very hard and was very apologetic for the situation (nothing we felt he needs to apologise for). We had a great time with the itinerary and Habi was a great guide, providing translations in 4 different languages for different group of participants. We thanked him and tour company for the great tour! We are well aware other participants have complained, but honestly they are just being nasty and there is nothing you need to be sorry about at all!

good trip out. a lot seen. long day but tour was good … nothing against the tour or guide. but please when your tour guide says a time to be back, come back on time. we had less time in places due to delays of people coming back

we LOVED every bit of this trip!!! We were lucky because during our trip, the weather was very good and everything was smooth sailing. we love both attractions and it was really a great experience! our tour guide was Hazel, and she was extra nice and amazing — she speaks 3 languages!!! This trip was superb, I highly recommend it!! It’s really a bang for your buck!!

The tour with Habi is a must to everyone! We thoroughly enjoyed all the sites that we visit. He was knowledgable and provided great insight of Hokkaido. We also appreciate our driver who gave us a safe ride. This was our second time joining Love Nippon Tour and we always have a great tour with them.

Thabm you Habi for being very organized. Lake Shikotsu was beautiful as always and Tomamu Ice Village was also wonderful. Both destinations were far from Sapporo but we arrived back in Sapporo on time.

Beautiful place that everyone should not skipped, good tour arrangement plus comfortable coach, the place is far from city, good choice when booked the tour. The tour guide was nice always help us taking our photo. Recommended 👏👍

A well organised day trip tour with Harbi our tour guide explaining in 3 diff languages: English, mandarin and Cantonese. A little bit suggestion maybe less time in Hills of Buddha and more time in Ice Village would be better. It wasnt enough time of only one hour in ice village.

enjoyed lake Shikotsu so much while Tomanu Ice Village kinda lackluster. it was a good trip factoring the distance we are covering for a day trip. it’s crazy, kudos to the driver.

it was a great! I also loved that Habi gave us a email with recommendations of where to eat and made his WhatsApp available for us to ask for more recommendations.
