Reviews
This was a very beautiful and worthwhile tour of Noboribetsu and the Lake Toya area, with ample time to adequately explore all of the areas with stunning and awe-inspiring views. Our tour guide, Helen, was also excellent and went above and beyond by sharing her knowledge and experiences with us all while making sure that we were adequately taken care of throughout the entire trip. Overall, would highly recommend this tour as a must-see for any trip to Hokkaido.
the guide saeko san and driver abiko san are really nice. itinerary is very packed and we didnt have enough time to take lunch/sightsee in toya lake. but over all it was a great tour and the experience is superb
great way to be able to see lots of spots in 1 day, great informative guide and very well organised. thoroughly enjoyed our day trip out and would recommend to anyone who wants to explore Hokkaido from Sapporo
it was a fun experience, there are many places that i have never been before, very organized tour and she even spoke English. it was well communicated with other foreigners like us. Well Done!
knowledgeable and hospitable guide who did her very best to make all guests as comfortable as possible despite her being new in the job. Itininery is meaningfully packed.
Had fun on this tour! We went to so many places in a day, with ample time to view the sites. We especially love the Noboribetsu Jigokudani and Mt. Usuzan.
This was a great experience. The time for the entire trip was arranged just right, allowing us to fully appreciate the local scenery. The explanations of the tour guide ,Helen, were interesting and wonderful, and the driver was also very professional.
Like the lake toya very much. Feel very peaceful there. The tour guidaybe can improve abit, like take our contact number and stated more clearly on the pick up point. For Lake toya drop off and pick up point are different. 2 of our members don’t know the pick up point and wait at the drop off point. We wait for them for another 80mins. Quite waste our time. And also result our next stop time become limited.
We had an amazing time with our guide, Seiko, who is not only super experienced but also a proud local from Hokkaido! She did a fantastic job managing our busy itinerary, making it perfect for our two kids, aged 6 and 10. Since it was our first visit to Hokkaido, we found ourselves really captivated by all the sights, spending extra time taking pictures and soaking it all in. We did run a bit late—almost an hour past our scheduled time—but we were totally happy with how everything turned out! Just a little tip: these spots can get pretty busy with tourists, so it’s a good idea to prioritize and plan ahead for what you want to see, eat, and enjoy. Overall, it was a wonderful adventure!
Seiko-san was very friendly and considerate, even shared much history of Hokkaido with our group. The lunch timing at Lake Toya can be extended as foreigners do take longer to view food menu and place food order in Japan. for family group, eatery took time to prepare and we missed the time to gather at our bus. Another group of 5 in our bus were also late as we are in the same eatery with full orders. Hell valley, lake Toya, bear ranch and ropeway were all beautiful and interesting .
