When will the operator provide the driver and car plate information after the booking is confirmed? Easy and convenient transfer to genting Highlands. Friendly driver texted to confirm pick up location and time. Pick up was punctual in fact earlier. Supposed to be shared transfer but due to being a weekday, only the two of us having the car to ourselves which is nice.

Upgraded to a private car for just myself and my partner for an additional RM30 and requested for pick-up and drop-off at respective hotels. Driver (Lai Guan Jye) was a pro at navigating the hills up to Genting and it took him barely 30mins to get to the top, swift and decisive driving. Highly recommend their service as there’s comfort and convenience.

It's more convenient than the bus and safer and cheaper than Grab when traveling to Genting Highlands. It's especially convenient for those staying overnight in Genting Highlands, as it takes you directly there without the hassle of carrying luggage on the cable car. They depart even with just one person. Thank you to the driver for the kind and safe ride.
