Tokyo Private City Exploration Tour with Personalized Itinerary

My family & I booked a one day tour. and it was amazing! Our tour guide Amir was so relatable and easy to get along with. He taught us so much history about the different spots we went to. Amir even taught us how to navigate the areas just in case we wanted to come back again on our own. At the end of the tour, he let us know that we could always reach out to him for help or any recommendations. 10/10 experience!

I was hesitant to book at first because the post lacks information. But don’t be afraid the operator will contact you the day before the tour. Tell them what you want to experience or where to go. They will give recommendations. And will meet you on your preferred time, they can even come and get you to your hotel. Our tour turns out Great! our tour guide was Amazing he is very friendly and very nice guy! He took care of me and my husband throughout our tour. It feels like exploring shinjuku wt shibuya with a friend, we enjoyed our tour very much! Plus he thought us how to navigate the Train which is very very helpful since it was our first time in tokyo.

The experience started off on a disappointing note as my guide wasn’t there to meet me in the lobby. Due to a system glitch, the local company didn’t have my booking. However, they quickly reached out via WhatsApp and resolved the issue. My guide, Firas, arrived within an hour and took me on an incredible tour. Beyond his deep knowledge of the city, Firas is a wonderful person. The day was filled with cultural sites, exploring the old town, tasting traditional snacks, shopping, and capturing amazing photos. He truly turned things around, making it an unforgettable experience. Tip: To be on the safe side, I recommend contacting the guide in advance to reconfirm your booking. Highly recommend Firas—he’s the best guide you could ask for!

I can’t put a straightforward rating to our experience.. it was confirmed for 12 October, 10 am with a pick up from our hotel. Nobody appeared at the hotel, none of the phones provided by Klook or those we managed to find responded. We sent an email to Klook at around 10-15 - no prompt response, then to Klook emergency email address that ChatGPT found for us. We then spent an hour planning our own sightseeing and when we were on the train, at around noon we got a call from the local tour operator: they just received our booking due to the issues with Klook booking system. We agreed to have the tour 3 hours after the original time. The guide Firaz was excellent - knowledgeable, fun, helpful and very respectful to Japan, its wonderful people and great history. We had a great time walking through the most amazing places and learning a lot of new information. However the Klook performance was appalling and we lost a lot of our valuable time in Tokyo and the day was stressful for us.
