Jeju HAMO Sea Walking Activities

I will give negative star if possible!!!! Our booking was cancelled without any prior notification. We travelled all the way from east side to the location with taxi (68k KRW one way , 2 times = 130K KRW +++), guess WHAT? Not even a single staff there!! The location in the map is somemore misleading, we walked here and there to find the location. The picture posted by KLOOK also wrong one, it belongs to another company. Luckily we met a nearby company staff there and she helped us to call the vendor, then only get to know SEA WALKING was cancelled. We are so frustrated and angry. What's the point for booking the date and leave our contact number when we buy the voucher? Not even bother to contact us to inform on the cancellation. Why so irresponsible? Our plan was all ruined since we not only wasted the money for taxi fare and also wasted our travel time for > 4 hours for two-way. We tried to contact KLOOK via the chat, but KLOOK Customer Service nowsaday is very bad, took forever to reply you and they closed the conversation immediately when u responded a bit slow. I havent receive my REFUND untill now. Dont buy please!!!

Offers semi scuba service, and as advertised. The experience is great for first timers. The walking sea is by the shore/dock side itself. Id suggest to take the boat further out for clearer waters

The water was so dirty that there was no visibility farther than 1 m, and it was in the description that i would have 20 minutes walking under the sea, but i was only 5 minutes in the water and no walking just standing by the stairs feeding the fish

It’s a good experience for those who haven’t done it before, but the walking time is the same and the water is very thin and not clear enough.
