Review for: 【Thai Dinner Menu 】Traditional Chinese Yacht

We are a family of 11 and we booked separately. We were so worried that we'd be separated into different yacht when lining up at the pier. Luckily we all booked about the same time, so we're on the same boat. So, it's a point to note when the operator (Dreamer) re-confirm the order! Because I did tell the contact person when I received the text but nothing was being reminded or done when I informed there're several booking numbers from the same group of people. The experience was awesome! The elderly, the youngsters and the child all loved the firework and praised the experience. The food was better than we expected. And we got to the closest to see the firework allowed by the Marine officers( we're in the front row in the harbour!) I'd recommend it to both locals and visitors to HK! My Canadian relatives commented it was unforgettable. And you could hear the firework and feel the firework, so different from watching it on TV.

The staff were kind and communicative and clearly worked hard, and the fireworks were the highlight of the evening (an impressive display that lasted 24 minutes!). The boat parked in a typhoon shelter to be more steady as we ate and then moved to a prime spot for viewing. It's definitely the best way to watch fireworks with friends! (Next time, perhaps I'll skip the meal and bring my own preferred drinks since beer and soda aren't my favorite.) Biggest critique: we waited a full hour on the pier prior to boarding (at last at 7:30); it would have been nice to be on the water all that time.

The service attitude is good, the yacht is new and big, the food tastes good, and watching the fireworks up close is a different experience, it’s great!

It was absolutely worth it to go and see the fireworks from that angle and they made some re we have a good spot. However the food was cold it didn’t taste good and we needed to wait a long time until we could go on the yacht.

It's much more beautiful and easier than watching fireworks in a crowd. I felt it was safe because the management was solid and it was decided that the number of crew members and life jackets on all ships and the crew list would be checked before departing. I think I will use it again.

Watching the fireworks during the National Day program is a must. This time I had an unforgettable memory, watching the fireworks up close on a yacht. The staff is very friendly, but the queue arrangement could be improved. Because it’s all quite confusing

Lovely boat, hardworking g staff but the food was disgusting...... served cold when it was meant to be a hot meal. It was also meant to be free flow beer but we had to ask for it and none was prepared! The lovely girls looking after us finally found warm beer in a store and put it in ice. Definitely not free flow. Fireworks were great but that wasn't the boats doing. A rip off!!!! Very expensive.

There were so many people that it took too long to board the yacht (we waited at the dock for over 1 hour and 30 minutes), and the meals provided on board were boxed lunches, but one of the meals our family of three received was already spoiled and uneatable. Fortunately, the staff member who was with me was kind enough to replace it with a new one, but it was so poorly seasoned that it didn't suit my taste, so I left most of it. The fireworks can be easily seen from the pier without going on a yacht, so next time you have the chance, you can just enjoy it from the pier. There is no reason to spend a lot of money and eat a bad lunch to see fireworks when you can see them for free. The staff was friendly, so 4 stars for friendliness and 4 stars for special experience were not due to the yachting experience, but to the fireworks display prepared in Hong Kong. Still, I thought positively and spent time taking pictures.

We waited on the pier, after passing the entrance queue for 1 hour. We sailed to the Causeway Bay typhoon shelter for a view of the Causeway promenade and stayed there for 30minutes whilst having "dinner". Food was awful and almost everyone threw it out. Free flow beer was only provided after several requests. Extremely poor value for money... definite tourist trap
