A total scam. We showed up ahead of time at the designated location on the voucher and no one was there. Tried calling the number provided but the person cut the call (subsequent calls automatically reached voicemail). Prior to the tour, there was also no message/communication sent out to confirm the tour and meet-up details - which is standard practice for tours booked on Klook. Klook was also unable to contact anyone by either phone or email over 3 days. Book at your own risk.
