The weather is very good today, and the visibility of Mount Fuji is very high. We have completed all four itineraries. The tour leader, Mr. YAN, is very enthusiastic and will share everything about Japan along the way. I think this is an unforgettable journey.
The tour guide was very good. He explained information about Japan along the way. It was very interesting and he also provided very pertinent information about restaurants. It was a very pleasant trip.
The itinerary is a bit rushed, especially the first scenic spot, Oshino Hakkai, including sightseeing and snacks for lunch only lasts 1 hour. However, the departure time from Tokyo Station on weekdays is not too early at 9 o'clock; the tour leader Xiao Yu adjusts the itinerary according to the weather, and the weather is also good. I have seen the high side of Mount Fuji many times; according to the tour guide, June is the rainy season and there is a lot of moisture, so I am lucky to be able to see Mount Fuji.
Great activity, the instructor was very warm and friendly, introduced a lot of interesting Japanese culture, and the attractions were explained very professionally!
We booked this w/o knowing it comes with a chinese speaking guide. Luckily Ms. Xu knows how to speak in english and made sure we were not left behind. Enough time were given per attraction spot.
the itinerary is too packed for 4 locations in a day. as it’s a tourist spot, everywhere is crowded. aside from mt Fuji was not visible due to bad weather, the time allocated per location is just 1 hour. IMO the Lawson is totally not necessary. didn’t have enough time at all when in oshino Hakkai village. just grab a quick lunch there and took few photos of full bloom Sakura. in the itinerary, chureito pagoda was supposed to be first in the list but it was scheduled to be second last. we were only allocated 1 hour to get up and down to the pagoda which takes 15-20 min of 400 steps staircase per trip. we were rushing all the way holding our breath. not enjoyable at all. I would prefer to go on my own with my own pace in future. prefer the tour guide to speak both English and Chinese. as some of us are not as fluent in Chinese. bus seating was quite chaos because there’s a family took other people seat and many have their seats taken after that. could have set some rules of seat in the bus.
weather is not good on the day. it is raining all days. anyway it is not a fault of the tour. itinerary is followed and guide is also good.
The itinerary was well arranged, the tour guides and drivers were very professional, and everyone had a great time. Regarding the success of this trip, the tour guide Ms. Xu Jin played an important role.

- During the Japanese Obon Festival from 8.10 to 8.20, you may encounter traffic jams and the attractions may close early. We will reduce or shorten the itinerary according to the actual situation. I hope you can understand that the tour guide or driver will do their best to serve you. Please do not make dinner reservations, as you may not be able to catch the plane or Shinkansen on the same day.
- In case of force majeure such as weather reasons, the Kawaguchiko Cable Car will be suspended and will be changed to the Kawaguchiko Fuji Five Lakes Steamship or refund the ticket fee

- Weather conditions may affect the best viewing period of flowers or red leaves. The trip will not be suspended or refunded for this reason. Please note.
- Due to the large number of people during the flower season/maple viewing season, there is a possibility of serious traffic jams. It is recommended to bring light meals.
- The flower viewing period or maple viewing period will be slightly affected by weather conditions and may be slightly earlier or later. After the trip is formed, it will not be affected by the flowering/maple red conditions. Please note.
- After the trip departs, if the trip is terminated due to force majeure such as weather conditions or natural disasters, the unfulfilled itinerary will be refunded according to the actual expenses incurred. However, additional expenses such as return transportation costs or local accommodation costs must be borne by the passengers.
