[Child Seats and Luggage] ・This service uses officially operated vehicles, and the use of child seats is not mandatory according to Japanese regulations. If needed, 1 free child booster seat can be provided; ・From the 2nd seat onwards, an additional JPY 2,500 will be charged per seat. Please make a note in advance when placing your order. Please note that child seats occupy approximately 1.5 seats, which may affect seating comfort and luggage space. ・The standard luggage size is 24–28 inches; oversized luggage or strollers must be notified in advance and will be counted as 2 pieces of luggage.

・If you exceed the number of people or luggage capacity and are unable to board the vehicle, the responsibility and cost will be borne by the passenger. [Vehicle and Driving Range] ・Vehicles may be changed to the same class of vehicle depending on the dispatch on the day, and the vehicle model cannot be specified. ・If you wish to customize the route, please fill in the itinerary when placing your order for customer service confirmation. ・Driving range: within 300 kilometers, centered on hotels departing from Tokyo. An additional service fee will be charged for cross-regional areas (such as Mt. Fuji + Hakone). ・Pick-up and drop-off locations are limited to hotels or B&Bs in Tokyo city; an empty car fee (JPY 5,000–20,000) will be charged for areas outside this area.

・Urayasu, Disneyland, and Haneda Airport are not within the pick-up and drop-off range in Tokyo city. If pick-up or drop-off is required, a one-way surcharge (JPY 5,000–10,000) will be charged. [Chartered Service Hours] ・Standard service hours: 10 hours, overtime charges will apply if exceeded. ・If the pick-up/drop-off location is in a different location (such as Mt. Fuji/Hakone), the service time is 8 hours; for other areas, time must be reserved for empty car travel time.

・The service time range is between 7:00-22:00. If it exceeds this time period, please make a note when placing your order for customer service confirmation. [Overtime Fee] Vehicle models with 10 seats or less: JPY 5,000 will be charged for every 1 hour exceeded (more than 15 minutes will be counted as 1 hour) Vehicle models with 14 seats or more: JPY 10,000 will be charged for every 1 hour exceeded (more than 15 minutes will be counted as 1 hour)

・Delays caused by traffic jams, waiting, or other unforeseen circumstances will be included in the overtime fee. [Other Reminders] ・The driver does not speak English, but can use translation software to communicate with passengers. ・If you need to specify an English-speaking driver, please make a note when placing your order for customer service confirmation. If arrangements can be made, a JPY 5,000 designation fee will be charged. ・The driver’s contact information will be provided 1 day before departure (no later than 3 hours before the car is used); please wait for the car 10 minutes in advance at the pick-up location. ・If the itinerary includes “Mt.
