The Opera Gala is very exciting, and the performances are touching and worthy of this trip. The midnight party is held in the opera house, and the service staff will take a tray to deliver small snacks. The meal is delicious and satisfactory. The fly in the ointment is that not everyone can go to the terrace at night for the fireworks at 9 o'clock, and the person was not informed in advance about the incident. There were even foreign friends who almost had a fight with the staff. At twelve o’clock the New Year’s Eve fireworks are seen indoors through floor-to-ceiling windows, so the view is limited, which is a pity. Other than that, everything is beautiful and recommended for opera lovers.
The musical is not the same as imagined, only the music is played, but not as good as expected, but the New Year's Eve party is totally worth it. Although the day is very hot, but the wind is strong at night, it will be cold, but the venue of the party is completely windless, playing to the countdown A few songs can be lined up in advance, otherwise there may be no good position, after the New Year's end and after party, things are delicious and wine can be enjoyed
The ticket exchange is very smooth, especially when everyone has to line up to enter the controlled fireworks area. Those who buy this New Year's Eve ticket can pass directly. It is really great! The Bohemians are pretty good (although it is a tragedy), but the viewing terrace of the Sydney Opera House is not big, so if you want to grab the firework seats, you have to be fast! ! ! Otherwise, foreigners are all tall and mammoth, and you won’t be able to see it if you don’t grab the front row; if fireworks are the focus and you want to choose a musical, the terrace view over there might be better. As for the party meals and red wine, it’s just pop. You still have to be full for dinner. It’s impossible to eat while watching the fireworks. After watching the fireworks, there won’t be much left.
It was easy to change the opera ticket and the performance was so good :) The fireworks were really good too!
A great booking! Super satisfied! unforgettable memories! Value for money!

It was a really nice show and fireworks display
The place for redeeming tickets can be redeemed by having a BOX OFFICE near the control gate. Remember to tell the staff at the control gate that you will go to OPERA HOUSE BOX OFFICE to exchange your ticket before it will be released. It's a great New Year's experience, the meals at the midnight party are pretty good, and desserts, white wine, and red wine are all delicious! The North Terrace is not big, so it's best to take a place from the beginning to be the best view in the first row.
It ’s super worth, you do n’t have to endure the temperature difference between morning and evening, you can watch the show elegantly and calmly, and enjoy the midnight party after the show, drink champagne, eat snacks and watch the band perform, waiting for the New Year's fireworks
It is recommended to book tickets with klook, which is very convenient. The first time I saw an opera at the Sydney Opera House, everyone was dressed up and it was amazing! There are special areas where you can watch fireworks, but it is recommended to wait in the special area early, otherwise it will still be blocked by people in front of you.
